We hereby offer several Short And Long term 1 bedroom apartments in het heart of Scheveningen. All the apartments are located in the same building varying from the 1st and 2nd floor. They come equipped with separate bedroom and living room with kitchen. The apartments are furnished and provide comfort to the tenants. The prices are including utilities such as gas/water/electricity and internet. However keep in mind that overusage will be billed. We offer 3 monthly rates for our tenants depending on the duration of the rental agreement. The rates are included with monthly cleaning of your apartment. -Staying for a maximum of 3 months the rate is €2250 per month -Staying 3-6 Months the rate is €2100 per month -Staying 6 months or longer the rate is €2000 per month We also offer extra benefits such as Weekly cleaning is available for €100 extra per month Parking is available for €150 extra per month Pets for €100 extra per month For single people we also have studios available for €1750 per month.
