The apartment complex can be found in a quiet neighborhood, with a magnificant view over the water (Korte Vliet) and has a beautiful view over the park.

Centrally located for shops, sports clubs and roads (A4 The Hague - Amsterdam). Also public facilities at a short distance, such as public transport, swimming pool, shop, roads, sports facilities. It is about a ten minute drive to Leiden Central.


All facilities are shared with another tenant.


- The deposit is 1x the monthly rent will be refunded after the final inspection, provided no damage or other defects are found.

- Houserules music instruments only with use of a headphone. No visitors, smoking, pets.

Registration with the municipality is allowed. As soon as you become a tenant, it is important that you provide your proof of identity and registration to an educational institution and / or proof of employement.
