580 and 600 inclusive everything with a fullservice co-living concept. Deposit 1000 (can be paid in 2 times). No commission cost or extra fees. (these pictures are of the 580 room)

The fullservice price contains gas, water, electrics, wifi, all government tax also the ones you get on your own name, weekly cleaning including cleaning products, full furnishing.

There are 2 lady’s and 1 guy living there they both work and are in the age of 24-30 and are looking for a nice 4th and 5th person preferably in the same situation. They are coming from all over the world. Let me know if you are interested alone or with a friend.


Each room has a neat floor, neat walls, a big window with lots of light, heating with thermostat tap to regulate heating in own room, curtains/blinds and is fully furnished with new furnishing. The furnishing contains 2 personsboxspringbed or 1 person bed for the 2 smallest rooms, bedsheets, blankets, pillows, desk, deskchair, desklamp, big closed, closedhangers, 2 towels.

The common livingroom with open kitchen is fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, fridge, cooking plate and extractor. All pots, pans, plates, glasses, coffeemaker, kettle etc etc are there. A table with chairs so you can sit and eat there. A washingmachine and a drying machine.

A storage for your bike. There is one bathroom with shower, sink and the toilet. Weekly professional cleaning of all common areas as living with open kitchen, kitchen itself, bathroom.

Location is central in the city district New West of Amsterdam (Osdorp). It is a nice and quiet neighborhood with mostly families. You can walk in 2 minutes to shops such as Aldi and you can walk in 5 minutes to Osdorpplein shopping centre with a big variety of shops such as Albert Heijn XL, Dirk van der Broek, Etos, TK Maxx etc.. The tram 17 and tram 1 are close by to reach the city center in about 20 mins If you want to go by bike it is depending on where you need to be in the centre within half an hour. Also the bus to Schiphol stops in fron of the apartmentcomplex.
