The old details of the apartment have been retained (ornate ceilings, mantel pieces, wooden sliding doors) and combined with a modern finish, including wide wooden floorboards, double glazed windows on the back and sides of the building, exposed brick on two feature walls, wood tile fire where one of the open fire places used to be and a marble stone kitchen. Despite being close to everything it is a very quiet one-way street with minimal traffic. By just one street the apartment is fortunately zoned in the east not the centre , so parking permits can be gained quickly - usually within 2 to 3 weeks. It is also conveniently located to public transport. Both trams and the underground are a 5-minute walk (you can&#39t hear them from the apartment) and both the tram and the underground are on route to the main Central train station.
