Enter apartment to hall with space for coats/shoes and access to storage room, closet with washing machine and dryer, and toilet. AREA The apartment is located in a quiet street in the sought after Regentessekwartier, next to Zeeheldenkwartier and Duinoord. This multicultural, vibrant neighbourhood is a well-loved place to live with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars and gyms close by. Grocery shops, including a large health food store, are around the corner. Within a 10 minute bike ride you are in The Hague centre or in the other direction you are at the dunes and beach with excellent seaside cafés/restaurants. International organisations like the ICTY, OPCW and the Peace Palace, and countless embassies are also only 10 minutes away by bike. A five minute walk takes you to Tram 3 for a 10 minute ride to Central Station, or a three minute walk to tram 12 which takes you to Holland Spoor (HS) train station in 10 minutes. Permit parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. Just around the corner is Emma’s Hof, a truly lovely urban garden/park maintained by local residents, offering a quiet place for nature lovers to read or share a drink/picnic.
