Enter apartment to hall with space for coats/shoes and access to storage room, closet with washing machine and dryer, and toilet. This multicultural, vibrant neighbourhood is a well-loved place to live with restaurants, caf&#233s, bakeries, bars and gyms close by. Grocery shops, including a large health food store, are around the corner. Within a 10 minute bike ride you are in The Hague centre or in the other direction you are at the dunes and beach with excellent seaside caf&#233s/restaurants. International organisations like the ICTY, OPCW and the Peace Palace, and countless embassies are also only 10 minutes away by bike. A five minute walk takes you to Tram 3 for a 10 minute ride to Central Station, or a three minute walk to tram 12 which takes you to Holland Spoor (HS) train station in 10 minutes. Permit parking is available on the street in front of the apartment.
