- Rent payments on time (according to lease agreement)
- Smoking / use of narcotics is not allowed in the home and private room
- Home (& room) must remain neat, clean and stench free
- Prohibited to make changes in the home without permission.
- Family visit is allowed overnight stays are prohibited
- Bathroom & toilet Keep clean, cry and neat keep all bath articles in the cabinets or in your private room Clean toilet bowl after use if needed Clean basin and shower drain weekly to prevent blockage and stench.
- Kitchen Keep clean, dry and free of grease dont rinse fat/oil in the gutter keep refrigerator clean and stench-free.
- Efficient use of g/w/l
- Don't make noise, house parties are prohibited.
